3P-1849 Ring - Sealing 3P1849 O-ring

O-rings are manufactured from materials compatible with the fluids, temperatures, and pressures encountered in engines and machinery. These materials resist abrasion and extrusion, providing excellent resistance to seal compression set. Additionally, certain O-rings feature a PTFE coating to minimize seal distortion and shearing during installation.

Our O-rings are manufactured to strict dimensional tolerances, ensuring they seat properly in seal grooves with the necessary compression.
With over 2,500 different sizes and materials available, our O-rings are the optimal solution for your O-ring needs and those of other mobile equipment. Our sealing systems prevent leaks and contamination in more expensive components.

Material Description: Silicone delivers outstanding performance across a wide temperature range (from cryogenic to moderate temperatures), excels in air applications, and is compatible with engine oil. It offers limited strength and abrasion/cut resistance, making it best suited for low-pressure applications. Silicone must not be used with diesel fuel, coolant/urea, hydraulic fluid, automatic transmission fluid, or biodiesel.
